07.10–25.11.2026

Tallinn

7 October at 20:00 — Philly Joe’s Jazz Club
29 October at 20:00 — Estonian Centre for Architecture’s Transformer Hall

Ruumiklubi is a discussion and jazz series exploring the meanings of space and its influence on our lives. It brings together personal stories and music, drawing on people’s personal and professional experiences of how our surroundings affect and shape us.

The Ruumiklubi series explores the meanings of space and its influence on our lives through the personal and professional experiences of its guests. Each conversation reveals how space touches us — whether it is our home, a public urban space, a natural landscape or a workplace.

Guests from a wide range of backgrounds are invited to join the conversations. Ruumiklubi offers an opportunity to discover their thoughts and experiences from a fresh perspective. Music is always woven into the discussions: each evening features a jazz artist with a distinctive style, adding a poetic and improvisational layer to the conversation.

The evenings are hosted by Estonia’s State Architect, Tõnis Arjus. The conversations will also be available afterwards on the Ruumilood podcast.

RUUMIKLUBI PROGRAMME

The Tallinn Architecture Biennale’s discussion and jazz series, Ruumiklubi, brings together conversations about space, people and society with live music. All three evenings are hosted by Estonia’s State Architect, Tõnis Arjus. The conversations will also be available afterwards on the Ruumilood podcast.

Its members — Tõnu Tubli, Marvin Mitt and Indrek Mällo — are longtime friends united by a passion for music created in the moment.
