Open House Tallinn
09.10–11.10.2026
Open House Tallinn is an architecture festival taking place in Tallinn for the eighth time. Over the course of a single weekend, almost 40 buildings will open their doors to the public – including historical and contemporary architectural gems, as well as institutions and office buildings that are normally closed to the public.
The festival offers a unique opportunity to take free guided tours to places that are otherwise inaccessible and to view familiar buildings with a fresh perspective. The tours reveal stories about architecture and the urban landscape from new angles. The program features tours for visitors with diverse interests.
The tours are led by volunteers, who in turn gain a deeper understanding of their city’s architecture through this experience. The 2026 festival focuses on discovering architecture in diverse ways.
Open House Tallinn is part of the satellite program of the Tallinn Architecture Biennale. The full festival program will be announced in September.
